Welcome to the Health Care Disparities Forums, an initiative committed to addressing and reducing healthcare delivery, access, and health outcome inequities. Through these forums, we bring healthcare professionals, educators, researchers, and community leaders together to discuss, analyze, and develop actionable strategies to tackle disparities affecting our community.

Our goal is to foster inclusive dialogue on the social, economic, and systemic factors contributing to health disparities and empower participants with the tools and knowledge needed to create equitable healthcare systems. We aim to:

Identify solutions to reduce barriers to healthcare
